"Excellent position and friendly host. Every need was catered for. Advice on eating and drinking. The room was well located at the heart of old town and was beautifully maintained and decorated. It made our two night stay delightful. Always difficult to find parking when you stay in old town but our host gave us good advice and we found a spot not on far away. High recommended. One of the highlights of our trip"

"This is a unique property right on the water in the old town of Monopoli. We just came at a bad time of year when the restaurant was shut as were many of the businesses in town. It never stopped raining and it felt like the ocean waves might come rugbt in the room. I would definitely go again when the weather is warmer"

"This is a lovely hotel, beautifully renovated. I was very impressed. My room was large and comfy with amazingly high ceilings. The staff were helpful and friendly. This hotel is at the heart of Monopoli in the best position on the central square in the old town. The sea is one minute away. "

"Gabriela was so helpful at the property and even came to park in the reserved parking lot. The suites are in a perfect location on the edge of the old town so easy to drive into. Would be good to allow for a slightly later check out as 10 pm is quite early but they were accommodating to leave a bit later. Also loved the bathroom but just missing a shelf in the shower for toiletries. Other than that - wonderful stay. Would recommend! "

"Balcony overlooking sea. rooftop deck and pool. You cannot drive near this area although they did have someone to pick us up with luggage but we had a rental car and secured parking which was a 15 minute walk away from B&B. The B&B did help getting that for us. The beach here is very small but for exploring other areas the location was central. Beautiful"

"LOVED these rooms!! So clean and new and stylish! Even had an outdoor sink and clothes rack to do a little laundry. The room was quiet and in a great location. Very walkable to the waterfront. Would absolutely recommend! "

"Hotel had no electric when we arrived and receptionist had no idea when it would be on, No elevator, had dipping pool in room and smell of chemicals from pool forced us to not stay the second night. No refund offered when I explained of chemical smell, offered a different room but had already been turned off of property and overall condition was final straw, rooftop pool and dining area was poorly executed and made property feel very unkept WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ESPECIALLY FOR PRICE AND...

"The property I stayed in, " a sea view apartment", No 11, looked directly over the new larger harbour of Monopoli and was adjacent to the castle tower. . The Xmas and New year decorations were still up and the whole area seemed to be decorated in the "old historic centre". Breakfast was very good. The staff in Reception were very helpful in responding to questions about opportunities and things to do around Monopoli. We stayed in early January and it was an excellent 4 night break. A lot of people promenaded in front of the property but I liked that and it all quietened down nicely around 10.30 - 11.00 pm. A really superb location and the transfer to and from the train station in the old Citroen was fun...as there is no passing traffic in the old historic town...without special permits I presume. A great place to stay with helpful staff and a wonderful apartment."

"This property is nothing short of magnificent. From the amazingly appointed and clean rooms to the wonderful and kind and professional staff this hotel is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The location could not have been better. The breakfast every morning was amazing. I just can't say enough how much we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We look forward to coming back soon.. "
