"The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They helped us with the parking apt. We arrived early and were check in immediately. The property is very upscale with unique art everywhere including our room. The bedroom and bathroom were very spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The amenities included a great breakfast and manager cocktail event. The building terrace on the top floor had spectacular views. We shared a bottle of wine and pizza there. The location was in the old section so it was within walking distance to all of the sites and restaurants. Parking is difficult but they had a spot for us once we arrived even though we didn't use it. Catania is a must see city and Asmondo Gisira is the place to stay."

"Lovely hotel. Really well situated and just across the road from the airport bus. And a beautiful park. On a busy shopping street (but with none of the noise, at least not in our room which was on the second floor and facing into a courtyard). Breakfast was lovely with a good choice, high ceilings and nice features. Comfy bed. Would recommend. Only downside is that there is no lift so be prepared to carry luggage up the stairs. "

"Interesting property with unique decor. My room had a view of a beautiful church building. Location is perfect, just a few steps from Etnea Road which is a very long street with lots of shops and restaurants. Room was clean enough and the bed was comfortable. Modern bathroom and adequate towels. Staff could be a little bit more welcoming. "
