The staff were super helpful and hospitable from introdusin us to the place to helping with ideas or things to do. Very polite and helpful, can't rate them high enough. We did not have a car, maybe harder with one and where youy park etc. "

"It is a 12 minute drive to airport and 10 minute walk to the main square. Great location. It had everything we needed, especially air conditioning!. There is also parking available too. Hotel staff was very helpful. "

"My stay here was beyond delightful. Staff was sooo helpful, from helping me book an airport transfer to helping me find stores and restaurants nearby. The response time was 24/7 and so fast. I can’t recommend it enough. The palazzo is BEAUTIFUL and so so so nice to just walk around and admire. Only thing is there are lots of stairs so be prepared. It wasn’t a problem for us at all though. It’s quick and easy to access the property. They also have complimentary espresso! Which is lovely for the morning before heading out to the town. "
