"Reception was kind and welcoming, but the room (Dolcetto) was very odd. Tried to find it charming, a long cave, but it's strange. The foot of the bed is right upon the curtains on the opposite wall. Sleep was the big problem. The room sits over the socializing courtyard and restaurant. The mild thump of music continued into the evening, followed after closing by voices laughing in the courtyard below the room. The drapes are too thin to block out the light in the courtyard. "We really enjoyed our stay at Le Cornici. The views from all sides of the property were beautiful. Our room was very clean and comfortable. There is a very nice breakfast, which included many options, along with fresh farm grown fruits and vegetables from the garden. Great location too… Stay there!!"

"A historic and charming location and domain; efficient, friendly and personalized service; excellent quality standards. Rooms and bathrooms are big and comfortable. The restaurant is a real plus. Delicious food, wine and impeccable service for an overall affordable price. One minus: the spa is not free of charge (this should be said in the description in hotels.com) and it costs the ludicrous amount of 60 euros for 50 minutes. Despite that, a much recommended hotel. "The hotel is located in beautiful area. This hotel is family-run and they are very nice and friendly. They offered a glass of wine right after our arrival and it was a pleasant surprise. One of their family member is also running a nice Korean-Italian fusion restaurant "Uri" ~20 minutes driving away from the hotel. Food was great and restaurant staff were very pleasant."
