"Nice hotel with a lovely pool overlooking the sea. Very friendly staff; they upgraded us to a bigger room for our group of four adults without us requesting it. The hotel is a bit old but clean and well-maintained. It is within walking distance of one of the most beautiful beaches in Puglia, just a 15-minute walk away. "The property was pretty and the rooms were modern and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly. We told them we had to leave earlier than the breakfast time on the last day, and they brought a selection of food to us the evening before without us even asking. "This is an excellent place to stay in Calimera. The property is perfectly located in the center, steps away from the old town square where you’ll find great cafes, pastry shops and restaurants. Necessities like the supermarket, bank, pharmacy are all a short walk away as well. The property itself is very clean, quiet and well-managed. It’s the perfect place to rest in between day trips. The hosts are excellent: gracious, responsive and accomodating. 10 out of 10, highly recommended!"

"Il n’y avait personne à la réception à notre arrivée, mais nous avons finalement trouvé quelqu’un à la piscine. Endroit agréable pour se reposer, prendre un verre et une petite collation. Le site est très bien, mais les alentours sont un peu délabrés, mais rapidement on rejoint le centre et on y trouve des restos dont le Kilo très bon choix. Bon déjeuner à l’hôtel et le serveur est super sympathique. "

"Really great spot that epitomizes the south west of Puglia. Lovely old buildings that have been renovated. Great pool. Unfortunately this was out of action the day we wanted to use it, but I still had a dip in the bambino pool! Horses surround the property too, so day hello. Great, grand main building too, with a lovely Edra lounge in the entrance, and frescos all throughout. Definitely worth a stay!"

"This hotel was very nice during our stay it was not as crowded as we expected. Breakfast was better than expected. A nice large property to wander around good sized pool with lots of different types of seating/lounging It is an easy stroll to the pier. Our room was comfortable and clean. It was a bit dated but it seems they are upgrading the property bit by bit. Friendly staff. "

"We really enjoyed our stay here, the staff were very welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. We don’t usually choose half board but we are glad we did! The first night there was a buffet in the garden, of local food, this was the best buffet I have ever had, everything was so fresh and tasty and there was lots of vegetarian choice. We ate off the a la carte menu our other 2 nights, which again was amazing food, with lots of choice, as was breakfast. The pool area is lovely and the hotel is only a 10 minute drive to the lovely town of Otranto. We had a standard room, the only criticism is the bathroom could do with a bit of an update, the shower wasn’t great with poor pressure if you had it on warm. There was live music and dancing one night and we enjoyed the tour of the underground Oil Mill and Olive Oil Tasting which was provided by the hotel. "
