"These were clean and comfortable accommodations. It was fairly easy to find but in an area of Naples that wasn't our favorite. A bit off the beaten path and slightly dirty around the neighborhood. Was close enough to food and shopping to walk. Natasha was very nice but communication was difficult at times as there was a language barrier present. Overall a nice, clean space on the inside."

"Meer dan perfect aangenaam verblijf. Gastheer was mega vriendelijk. Reageerd super snel via whatsapp en niets was te veel. Babage s morgens al kunnen brengen, gastheer ging zorgen dat de kamer klaar was (ver voor de check-in). Miesten hel enkel 15min voor we arriveerden een berichtje sturen. Kamer zeer proper en heel verzorgd. Prijzen mini-bar zeker niet overdreven. Bubbelbad was heerlijk na een hele dag wandelen."

"The hotel staff are very helpful and pleasant. The hotel is quite close to train station, the area is dirty and there are some homeless people around. We were not bothered from anyone during our stay. Just like any city you need to be smart and observant of your surroundings. The hotel has a great rooftop terrace that over looks the city. Incredible panoramic view. Overall this was a great hotel with very easy access to train station. "

"The employees are very nice and helpful. The hotel is clean and have nice rooms. Very close to stores and public transports. From some rooms you can see the Vesuvio. Around the hotel, it's noisy, but the window blocks the majority of it. Not the nicest area, but for a business trip, it was perfect."

"We spent 4 days in Naples. A nice city, but definitely quite disgusting with garbage everywhere. The highlight and most welcoming point of our stay was N'Art. Just a wonderful place. Biggest rooms in Europe, we've stayed in dozens of Euro hotels, biggest, most well appointed rooms we've enjoyed. Staff was incredible, communicated extremely well with us. Also, looking forward to returning soon."

"Just stayed one night before heading to the airport early in the morning. We had a great experience, the staff was amazing and couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. They coordinated a cab ride to the airport the night before, set aside a small breakfast for us, and gave some great restaurant recommendations for dinner. "We only stayed one night at ibis Styles Napoli. We booked due to its proximity to the train station (5 min walk). We had a little trouble finding it but thankfully had good signage on building. Room was a little small but comfortable. Breakfast was really pleasant. Lots of seating available and an outdoor terrace. Would stay again. "
