"Leider doch einige sichtbare Mängel: Lavabo mit Riss, Lavaboschrank fällt fast auseinander, Schrauben fehlen, Bade-Fugen und Tür-Dichtungen kaputt, nur mobiles Klimagerät vorhanden (reicht aber nicht für ganzes Appartment), Wasserkocher und Duschbrause unappetitlich gelb-orange verfärbt, Türzarge beim Bad unten durch Wasserschaden sehr unschön aufgequollen, Schlafsofa nur bedingt BEQUEM durch schmalen Topper, Schlafzimmer-Steckdosen müssen zuerst gesucht werden. "This was a super cute place right in the heart of Lugano. Shopping minutes away. Main bus station less than a 5 minute walk. Building was easy to get in and out of. Arrival directions were clear and easy to follow. Look forward to returning in the future!"

"This place was great. The manager helped us out on all aspects she is a 5 star host. She really went out of her way to help out. Apartment is super clean, had a chance to workout in the gym and run down and get an expresso in the morning. I highly recommend this place to anyone, it was great. "

"It’s a very nice apartment with underground car park. The parking alone is a great usp in Lugano. Modern, clean and equipped with all you. There is even a Nespresso machine with some tabs. However, you should bring your own coffee tabs as I didn't like the ones offered - but that is a question of personal taste. Full kitchen, fridge, freezer, water kettle etc.. Full five stars. We enjoyed our stay there. If I would make recommendation I would invest in a new mattress. The one there is too soft...

"This was a wonderful stay. However, if you do not have a vehicle, every trip to the city is easily $35-$50 each way. The city is very clean with great food & great service! The property manager does not respond very quickly. I needed a taxi and never got a response. If we go back to Lugano, we will stay closer to town!!"

"A very nice apartment with everything you need to cook a meal. Very convenient location on a bus route. Safe and pleasant area. Only suggestions would be to provide better instructions on using the tv and provide extra bed linens for a 3rd person using the sofa bed."

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The food was great. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We loved our room since it had a beautiful view of the city and lake. It had a kitchen with a full size fridge, but unfortunately pots, pans and utensils were not included. We highly recommend this hotel, and whenever we are in Lugano we will definitely stay here. "We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The food was great. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We loved our room since it had a beautiful view of the city and lake. It had a kitchen with a full size fridge, but unfortunately pots, pans and utensils were not included. We highly recommend this hotel, and whenever we are in Lugano we will definitely stay here.
