"Our stay here was perfect. The room was great, location excellent and the beach was the best. The views! We were blown away by how lovely and helpful the staff are. The breakfast team are hilarious, sassy and wonderful. The front desk team are next level beyond. Our ferry got cancelled due to bad weather and the front of house team worked super hard to get us and bunch of other guests on a bigger ferry back to the mainland so we wouldn't miss our connecting flights. "The staff, cleanliness and view were amazing! Felt extremely safe and welcomed at all times. Only negative was that the walls are paper thin to the point where the whole room echos if someone flushes the toilet next door. Other than that unfortunately I did not get a sea view as there was a pine tree in the way but the positive was that my balcony was private. Would recommend, just not if you are a light sleeper like I am. "

"We had a lovely time. The 10 pools (8 thermal) were excellent but we were disappointed to find out our 7 and 9yr olds could not go into the thermal pools so were limited to 2 pools and the sea. Not a huge deal and we undersood the rationale but still disappointed. The food at one of the restaurants was surprisingly good (we had breakfast and dinner there all 3 nights). Our room had a great view. And while some areas felt a bit rundown, you're getting what you pay for and you're in Italy!"
