"Perfect hotel for short visit to Parma. The hotel is barely a half block from the quiet side of the train station, so no need for a taxi coming or going. The major operator of Parma tours picks up at the front door. The staff is a delight, the rooms ares gigantic for Italy, and the breakfast is first class, including local specialty foods and baked goods. It’s an easy 5-10 minute walk to the historic part of the City, including the major museum complex, shopping, restaurants and the best gelato in town. You simply can’t go wrong with this one. "

"This was a terrific option for Parma. Inexpensive, convenient to train, big and modern room, great staff, wonderful breakfast. I literally have no idea what others have complained about. We thought the area very safe and didn't get asked for money once, unlike in Bologna and Verona. An easy walk into town and right by the leaving point for food tours. Can't recommend it enough. "

"Property condition and room excellent. Feels new and fresh! Car a necessity. Service team mediocre, many not speaking English at all. Staff frequently indifferent and somewhat impolite to guests including me, by both US and European standards. Perhaps no such interaction training. (I stayed 5 nights.)"
