The lady that helped us with our bags was VERY Pleasant and friendly. Front desk staff was nice. However we have been staying here for the last 12 years, twice a year and we have never been told if we check in prior to 4pm it was 35 dollars. It was 330pm, seemed very petty and cheap. Hotel reeked of cigarettes. No microwaves on property either

My husband and i visited this hotel for his birthday weekend and it was a disaster! The security there is a joke and followed us around all day long for no reasons! Also the food is not good and was very overpriced! On top of that, we played a few hundreds and we only won about $20 back! No bonuses or real payouts! I’ve never seen this in my life! The blackjack tables are also rigged and the dealers are all in on it! This place should be under investigation by the gaming commission! And we also stayed here for 3 days without any housekeeper cleaning our room! And the beds are horrible and not comfortable at all! I wish we would’ve waited to book another hotel but it was to late! Stay away from this place unless you don’t like having a good time!

We booked this hotel for our last day in Arizona, we only needed it for 6 hours. When we got to the pool, the towel cabana was closed. We asked for help and once returning to the cabana, we were greeted with a blonde girl who didn’t seemed annoyed, she asked for the name on our room and the room number. When we left, she was standing outside talking to someone and we dropped our towels in the towel return and she asked us again, “what was your room number?” Why did she need our room number again? It was weird. The towel cabana was closed angain annd she was just standing there having an conversation. Everyone else was EXTREMELY NICE! But her vibe made us uncomfortable, which was probably her goal. I didn’t say anything to my boyfriend at the time, but he later brought it up as we were leaving, and he agreed that it was weird and uncomfortable. Check in was very easy. Everything was clean, and the staff was great for the most part.

Property was close to excellent. Only two things rendered my rating lower than perfect. First, there was an empty tube of shampoo. It was discovered at the end of my shower, when it was too late to do anything about it. Second, the exterior of the windows were so dirty that the outside view was obscured.
