"Loved our stay at Carmel River Inn. The staff was so kind and accommodating. They were very considerate of our dogs and have lots of small touches for dog owners. The room was comfortable and quite spacious. We were in the older cottage, no not one of the newly remodeled King ones, but it was still pleasant and we really enjoyed the stay. "

"What a cute hotel. The rooms were great; spacious and comfy beds and pillows. We ate at the restaurant for dinner. It was delicious. The area around the hotel is filled with shopping and dining so it’s convenient. The fire pits out front were so inviting but we just didn’t have the time to use them. The pool looked great as well. Just an overall nice experience. Would go back for sure. "

"Lovely hotel. Very comfortable and clean room and bathroom. The bed was also comfy. They had bottle refill stations by the ice machine which we appreciated. The outdoor fireplace at the end of the day with a glass of wine. No elevator so ask for first floor if you have mobility issues. "
