"The Comfort Suites in Carlsbad, NM is well-run and managed. Great, kind service. Clean rooms. Close to the Carlsbad Caverns National Park. Exceptionally good breakfast. We felt safe and comfortable. The laundry facilities were very clean and efficient. I highly recommend staying with them. We stayed 2 nights."

"Nice atmosphere, great room. WIFI was weird. If you were not a choice reward member you had to watch a sponsor video. Kept logging us out. Went to front desk and she was not very helpful. Told me to read how to fix it in the room. Be better and give your customers wifi! Make it simple!!"
