Made reservation online when we arrived to the La Quinta reservation was not found. Took a while to get the issue resolved by giving me a refund and hopefully that shows up on my card and then recharging me for the room. And then after getting to the room there was a roach in the room.

Beds were fairly comfortable. Bathroom wasn’t very clean. They also have these scent sprayers in the elevator foyer that are just terrible. They are low down and if they go off while waiting for the elevator, you get showered in this horrible scent.

We asked for a quiet room. Top floor, end of hall because we just needed sleep. They put us at the end of the hall right across from the ice maker that randomly ran all night long, and the washed and dryer. Someone was doing laundry all night. So we did not get our quiet room or much sleep. The grout was broken in the bathroom, so the bathroom tiles moved under your feet and were uneven. Bed was comfortable. I brought my own pillow.

The breakfast was nice and the facilities were very clean and modern, which is something that we like. We had a 3 night stay- I Did not expect clean bedding, but I did expect the trash to be emptied and clean towels left in the room without having to request them each day.

door on the side of hotel wont open with key card. staff said she forgot to tell me they have problem with that. tv remote won’t work, staff replaced it and still won’t work. used the buttons behind the tv instead. i reported big scratch on tv screen. the room is conveniently located on first floor next to the hotel door and near parking. breakfast is quite good.

property was easily accessible from the main road. the bad: furniture- sofa bed was torn, cushions were of no comfort, arm chairs looked old and dirty. restroom tile was broken and lifting up so much that the door would squeak from the bottom rubbing on the tile. tub faucet leaked the whole time. half the room was leaning to the south, drawers on tv stand would not stay closed. pool looked dirty and unusable.
