"Wonderful hotel it’s our go to hotel when in cairns. Right on the esplanade so no need for a car, 2 great pools and many pools on the esplanade to use. Restaurants are in walking distance and there are plenty to choose from."

"We asked for a room overlooking the main lagoon pool and we received, the room was clean, spacious, and the hotel staff went over an above to make our stay perfect:) The towels were so soft and fluffy, making for a nice shower at the end of a day lazing around that awesome pool the resort has. Reception were only to willing to help, and were readily available. Thank you once again for a much needed break away. "

"We were very happy with our stay in the Mantra Esplanade. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. They made our stay a happy experience. The facilities were really good. The AC was so nice because it cold us from the really hot weather. It was close to everything. Just walking distance to groceries, restaurants, the lagoon swimming pool and the pier for the boats to go to green Island and the great barrier reef. Special mention to Barbara the front desk receptionist. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you to all the staff for you Special chocolate present you made our Anniversary special. It made us feel so welcome by everyone. We highly recommend Mantra Esplanade to future guest. "

"Perfect location! Super convenient to go everywhere. The first night there was a wifi connection issue but overall everything was good. Clean room, friendly staff. It was amazing to see from the balcony so many bats flying in the sky in the evening. We will come back again! "

"Conviniet location, walkable distance to shops and restaurants. A bit old and outdated, need some maintenance and touch ups. Pool needs more shadow area, as it was not enough spaces to hide from the sun. Breakfast was good, lots of options. Friendly staff "
