"Staff are nice but the property needs major renovation. I’m very sorry but the room is dark , smells bad . Lots of dogs , no internet . We left after we saw the room .. the way to the beach have pieces of woods ( there’s construction going on) this resort should not operate yet until it’s renovated. It’s too pricey , I won’t even book this for 500 pesos. I payed for 85$/ day for a room. Called the management for a refund they said they will email me back but haven’t received any yet. Just...

"No WiFi. No activities available. Murky pool water. Poorly trained staff - they sit and play with their phones without asking the guests if they would like to order. Tiny menu with no fruit in a country full of fruit. Some lady manager was talking at full volume at 0615 just a few meters from our door. They beach is a mess. "

"Customer service was lacking with the lady at check out. She ignored my question and was rude. Maintenance was very helpful to fix issues related to my room. Service at the restaurant and bellboy service was nothing to write home about. "

"My family loves everything in Crusoe Cabins & the entire Casobe. There's just some minor thing to fix in the cabin where we stayed - the shower door is not closing properly thus water goes out of the shower area making the toilet area always wet & slippery. "What I did not like the most was the musty smell of the room. Did not bother to ask for room change as it will take a lot of time. Note that the smell stuck on my shirt after I woke up the next day. Also, the receptionist who took charge of our room assignments did not allow us for the three (3) rooms to be beside each other for the reason that they were not from the same booking. Beautiful and quiet

"The place was beautiful. If you love the scenic views and nature, this is definitely worth the travel time. The hotel has a boat to charter to the nearby Sepok island, which took around 30 minutes. It was a fun ride, coming back was a bit choppy, but was expected. The staff were great and helpful. If you are not a bug person, this place ain’t for you. Tons of termites at night and bugs. But we love the nature, adventure, and how kid-friendly it is. Such a beautiful place. The restaurant food was decent. Overall, we enjoyed our stay! Will definitely come back. "

"Dining - excellent staff service - you’ll have your main server, and once food is being served. You’ll have 1-2 more assisting. Another example, my son was eating his ice cream, and without cue, a staff gave him water to go with it. Thank you. Rooms - they have, I would say, their original resort rooms, and also, more recently built, modern rooms. Activity- they have wakeboarding activity inside"
