We were lucky enough to stumble upon this hotel and even luckier to be welcomed by Patricia, the owner. From the moment we walked in, she treated us not like guests, but like family. Patricia is an absolute rockstar. She went above and beyond to help my wife get settled, calming her nerves and ensuring she had everything she needed for a comfortable stay. Her kindness, empathy, and professionalism completely turned our trip around. The room was spotless, cozy, and clearly maintained with pride and care — a reflection of Patricia’s dedication to her guests and her business. It’s rare to find that kind of personal touch in hospitality these days, but Patricia sets the standard. "Checked in late at night, front desk was very accommodating. Offered two types of rooms, came and helped with tv, offered a later checkout when asked. Lobby was clean, served coffee, water bottles and muffins at breakfast. All around great stay for a last minute one night stay."

"This beautiful resort is our oasis when we are in Cape May for vacation. The staff makes the stay extra special! The beach and pool amenities are top notch. The restaurant in house Pier House is absolutely delicious accompanied by a wonderful staff Hector, Leyda, Elio, Diana Totti and Silviou the bartender. Thank you for another amazing stay. "

"I had stayed here last summer a couple of times and had a wonderful experience. Naturally I booked again this year when I was coming back to Cape May. There had been some sort of issue with my room but it was resolved and I had actually received an upgrade that exceeded my expectations. I wish I could have stayed longer. This is a clean family friendly hotel.The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The one thing I did notice was the 2nd bathroom did have some sort of water damage that could have been repaired a little better.That is the only negative thing but at least whatever the issue had been it was addressed. I felt it should have been repaired so nobody would know there had been an issue. Anytime I come to Cape May I will definitely be booking here!"
