"Paid extra for a bigger room with windows. Instead, got a small, windowless room that looked nothing like any of the multitude of pictures provided. Called to request an explanation why and was told that it was the biggest room they had at the time. Then why did I have to pay extra to reserve such a room if it wasn't going to be available by the time I showed up? Bed frame was cracked, giving the mattress little support, and the frame creaked everytime you turn in bed. TV reception was buggy...
