"I had a problem with self check-in process because I was a half hour arriving due to my missed train connection from zurich to grenchen and I did not have correction reservation number. So I pressed the speaker button and someone responded and due to the language barrier i eventually resolved the problem"

"We stayed in the Rhubarb room and lived the complete kitchen with a huge wet bar! Also having a coffee table and comfortable chairs/sofa was nice. Plenty of beds (5) for most families. The check in process was slightly confusing. Read the email carefully. The entry door was tough to find but it is right by the Restaurant du Banneret. The location was perfect, right by the Chateau. "This hotel was a great choice for the price we paid, our studio was amazing and very clean. We arrived really late and it was so easy to access. Fribourg is a cute place not to be missed, thank you so much."

Perfect Stay in the Heart of Bern

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Best Western Plus Hotel Bern! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a cozy bed and plenty of storage space for clothing. The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of Bern's charming Old City, making it easy to explore all the sights. The breakfasts were excellent, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day. The staff were friendly and always ready to help.
