"Second time staying here and can’t recommend it enough. The room is very comfortable and clean. The first time staying here we arrived by plane and had to take Venice water shuttle. This time around we arrived via train and it was much more convenient to find the hotel using the water ferry to the Casino stop. Highly recommend staying here. "

"Wow! I couldn’t come up with a single negative thing to say about this magnificent hotel. Incredible staff, great location, beautiful rooms. Only a fifteen minute walk to St. Mark’s Square. A small grocery store nearby as well as a wine shop. Fruit stand thirty feet from the hotel. Wonderful place. "

"We booked the suite and believe this is the only suite they have. The front desk was friendly and helpful! The check in process is very smooth. We was give a bottle of wine on a daily basis and the complimentary waters were enough to last the entire stay. The bed was huge and comfortable! The pullout sofa bed is very comfortable and our 12 and 16 year old ones were happy. The location is perfect! Overall we highly recommend this place!"

"Centrally located property, which makes it noisy at times. However, the host were extremely welcoming and offered us coffee and biscuits along with early check in (free). The Suite was spacious, clean, perfect for a family of 4. Good breakfast in one of the best rooms I ever had breakfast to with classical music at the background. The price could be lower but Venice is expensive anyway"

"The stay was absolutely incredible, in fact one of the best places we have ever stayed at. We were greeted right away and given a tour and history of the establishment. The staff and owners are incredible and will ensure your stay is excellent with recommendations for dinner and sights to see. The breakfast was homemade from the wife, and was amazingly incredible. Words do not describe this place alone, truly and authentic experience and a very romantic stay for our honeymoon/vacation!!"
