"A perfect location for old town València. Easy to find, and a quick check in process, will store luggage before and after checkin/out too. Really lovely, large clean room (multiple blocks around a central square). Only issues we found were the walls are paper thin, you can literally hear the room next door turning on a light switch, the square outside is very noisy at night (even from a top floor room), we were unfortunate and had a group of young girls staying in our block who were incredibly...

"We stayed in the 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment on first floor. Very spacious and enough storage. Everything provided for our 5 day stay, except for a kettle! I would advise emptying the kitchen bin after a few days as given the heat, ants aim for leftover food. The area was very convenient to get about Valencia either walking or by metro - same line as Airport. Staff very helpful and responsive."

"It was nice to have the studio apartment & the option of laundry. Quick glance all looks well. The bedding had a “sour” smell like the sheets were left in the washing machine for days then dried. The towels were fine, no bad odour. The front load washing machine was wet & damp upon opening it. After wiping it clean & leaving the door open for a day, it was better. Front load washing machines will always breed mold & bacteria if left closed after a wash is completed & not allowed to air...

"Happy to find this place near the train station. The location was perfect for me as the area is near hip pubs/restaurants and also not far from the old town. There is a metro station in front of the hotel. The service was excellent, they offered suggestions on what to do, they have bikes for rent and one can get the busy tickets from them. My suite had all the things I needed, a fridge, a microwave, water heater, Nespresso machine and a bread toaster. There was a hot plate but I didn't use it....

"Good: Nice sized place, modern, usable kitchen, great area. Bad: The mattress was a bit mediocre and the pillows were terrible. I also had to ask them a few times to clean because they didn’t take out the trash or refill the soap and shampoo for almost two weeks. They never once washed the bed sheets in the three weeks I was there. It was overall okay but hands-off/low-maintenance effort from the owners. If you just want a place to stay, it’s passable. If you want comfort, maybe look...
