"First time in Goa , staff couldn’t do enough for us very polite and accommodating, room as exspected basic but clean ,good quality matress but firm , road outside very noisy day and night. Beautiful swimming pool very polite and helpful staff especially Thomas and clita, bottles of water delivered to room every morning and rooms cleaned whenever you wanted, great location great price. We will definitely be returning."

"Booked 7 nights at the resort. Left after 6 The first 5 were pleasant. Other than breakfast there were no other options available. One had to walk a few minutes to the main street to local restaurants. We were told it was the off season so everything was shut.
The 5th evening though was when disaster hit. A group of 12 noisy individuals occupied rooms around us. There was much yelling and screaming on all sides. There seemed to be no staff to try and curtail the noise. I finally ventured out...

"Second time staying at this excellent hotel. The rooms are large and comfortable and the three swimming pools are all very clean and lovely to use.
The staff really go the extra mile to make your stay memorable. Always smiling and friendly and happy to take time to chat with the guests.
The food is wonderful and the head chef takes great pride in his work. He is also very accommodating and happy to take on any challenges if you want something that’s not on the menu.
