Beautiful pool, nicest staff, beautiful water views, good sized rooms. Hated the constant loud music at beach, completely ruins the serenity of the setting. Rooms need better coffee makers like Mespresso or Keurig.

The room at this property was Cleaning comfortable. Our room was over the restaurant which made it very noisy around 5 AM every day. The amenities said we had a refrigerator in the room. We went and bought beverages and found out the refrigerator did not work. The people at the front desk were very rude When we called five times asking for maintenance. maintenance never came to our room. We ended up buying a cooler. The pool at this hotel seemed clean and nice. If you are looking for a beautiful beach and swimming in the ocean, this is not the hotel for you. The beach is very rocky. The chairs were broken. Would not recommend if you’re wanting to hang out at the beach overall I give this property a three.

The staff are great, and all inclusive meals and alcohol made it a great deal. Highly recommend booking airport shuttle through the hotel because you have to take a ferry and it was nice that they handled that for us. Food was okay… wish there was more than one restaurant. Get the chicken nachos and chicken quesadillas. This is included if you order by the pool. The beach was lame and I wish they had indoor activities. Room was great… big and clean. Spa was great too. (Extra price)

Staff were universally kind, bed was so comfy, and the beach was small, but uncrowded and lovely. Private balcony with ocean views was dreamy. Only 1 of the 2 restaurants was operating, and only 1 of the 2 bars, but the pina coladas were fabulous. Can't believe they didn't have scrambled eggs or sausage for the breakfast buffet. Most disappointing was the coffee situation. Cheap little single-cup coffee brewer in the room and I had to repeatedly request (dry) creamer and it came in little packets and was clumpy. A Keurig or Nespresso coffee maker in the room, or even just liquid creamer, would have made my mornings so much better. And cold water readily available in the lobby would have been a wonderful touch. Also, there was no ice available anywhere in the hotel -- had to visit the bar to get some. Last, they could turn off the piped-in music sometimes--perhaps after 8 pm. We really wanted the chance to sit on the beach and listen just to the ocean and the gulls, but always had the annoyance of music competing with natural sounds. All in all, we had a great stay, but some little touches would have done a lot to improve the experience for us. In a great area if you want to stay away from the crowds up north, with easy taxi access to Playa Norte, Punta Sur, or anywhere you might want to go.

Dont be fooled by the photos. The hotel itself is nice but you are trapped or have to get a taxi or rent a golf cart to do anything. The food was terrible. Only 1 of 2 restaurants open. Pools were freezing cold.Not a fun trip. Area around is dirty and seemed unsafe at night.No activities. No real beach. Too much seaweed or grass.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for six nights, and we were very pleased with everything. The room and bathrooms were spacious and very clean. The hotel features two great pools, a beautiful beach area, and fantastic food. We also enjoyed a special Christmas meal on the 24th and 25th. However, I would say the highlight of our stay was the staff. Everyone, from the managers to the towel attendants, was incredibly friendly, polite, and always willing to take care of us. Their hospitality made the experience unforgettable. We highly recommend visiting this location in Isla Mujeres!"

The staff at the beach bar and the staff at the restaurant were very good and accommodating. Jorge at the beach bar was fantastic. The signing for a zero bill was cumbersome and not needed.

Nos ayudaron fácilmente a conseguir taxis y a solucionar cualquier duda. El desayuno era increíble, las vistas eran hermosas. Recomendaría 10/10 que elijas este hotel para tu próximo viaje. My husband and I truly enjoyed our weekend trip staying in this hotel. Everyone is so helpful and kind, always seem to be offering help. Easily assisted us getting taxis and any uncertainties. The breakfast was amazing, the views were beautiful. 10/10 would recommend you choosing this hotel for your next trip.

1. The housekeeping us a joke They left dirty towel under the sink, did not replenish the shampoo etc, left the empty bottles in the shower, left used glasses in the balcony Even when i informed the front desk multiple times they still didnt get it. Every day i had to ask for towel, shampoo etc etc 2. In no world its a 4 star hotel - their pool is nit heated, its absolutely terrible as the ocean is warmer than the freezing cold water 3. Absolutely not an all inclusive … complete joke - they market it as all inclusive but anything you want to order other than their house wine or some mexican rum etc is extra charge even for food. Also we asked for two glasses of wine to take it to our room and the guy joel told us not possible, one glass per person??????? I freaking paid for all inclusive!!!! 4. The hotel markets that they have 3 restaurant but truly they have one! The other restaurant was closed the whole time. Same boring menu every day every dinner… kkkbuffet is even worst. Food was tasteless , chicken was rubbury, calamari rings were like brick 5. Zero entertainment: they have absolutely no entertainment , nothing even for kids. The tv channels are in spanish, barely anything for kids to do! And since the water was freezing… you cant even do a pool day Terrible hotel! Stay the next hotel over (belo) !! People there looked much happier! Overall never coming back… stay away 6. To make my stay better they gave us spa services which was again a joke. The girl had no clue

The Staff at IZLA are what make this resort! We thought we were getting an All-inclusive with two Restaurants. However, the All Inclusive and many items are Excluded from the All Inclusive. Also, there was only one restaurant, and we had to order from the menu. We were to celebrate our 36th Anniversary and needed to taxi to town for a special dinner. That being said, the STAFF were the best we have ever had!

We had a fabulous stay here. Only issue we had was the last day they played rap music by the pool, that had foul music. All other days the music was fine. We mentioned it to the front desk on check out & they said they would take care of it immediately & thanked us for telling them.

The room had a moldy smell. I asked for a refrigerator and never got it. On the last day of our stay 2 guys banged on my door at 930am saying they were housekeeping. I told them we were still in bed and they said they would be back in an hour. I had the room until 12p. It was like they were muscling us out of there. I’ll never stay there again.
