A excellent stay for anyone visiting Cancun! It's conveniently located in central Cancun so Ubers can get you around for pretty cheap and the hotel is next to many shops and restaurants. The area is also safe and mostly quiet. The hotel itself is very clean and quiet and I loved the jungle feel... It doesn't feel like you are in a city when you are in your room. The breakfast is also really good and the customer service was excellent.

Well located in an area near a supermarket, restaurants and the main bus station. Reception employees were kind. The bed was very comfortable but the room had a very distinct musty odour.

I enjoyed the uniqueness of the property, nestled in trees , i stayed for one night, in that time i saw a coati climb a tree, which was really nice, the staff were friendly, the place was clean and breakfast was nice, the location was close to puerto juarez
