"My husband and I stayed here as a stop on our honeymoon tour and we have nothing but amazing things to say. The staff went above and beyond for us (upgraded our room for free, left flowers and champagne in the room a sweet note) and were consistently kind, attentive, and overall pleasant to interact with. You could tell the employees really care about providing good service. The hotel was clean, easy to get around, and located in a superb location (walking distance to pretty much everything)....

"Helpful staff. Had a single room that was on the ground floor that was VERY nice. Plenty of room and arranged very well. Complementary tap with water (fill your bottle) gas or no gas & coffee/expresso maker. Key card for hotel entry & room. Walking distance to several tourist spots. "We booked the room at the top floor. It's beautiful and HUGE, with a great view of the canal. Loved it. Very romantic. Included breakfast is wonderful, fresh and yummy. Just one weird thing, the first cup of coffee is free but they charge for a second cup of coffee. At the price of this room why ask guests to pay for a second cup of coffee. Seems a little petty."
