"This was a quick get away after a afternoon of skating at Lake Louise. The pros: Bed was comfortable. Easy access into Banff town. About a 3 minute drive in. Pet friendly. The cons: Train went by and blew it's whistle (not super loud) almost every hour. Sofa bed had crumbs and dirt when we opened it up. Stayed only one night and was still worth it"

"Nicely renovated. Nicely appointed kitchenette - it even had a dishwasher. Fire pits with Adirondack chairs around the were place around the property. Swimming pool was well maintained. Starbucks next door. "

"Beautiful, new hotel. Staff greet everyone and provide bags of tea for the morning. Spa like interior with hot tubs that are outdoors and lit up at night. What an amazing way to experience Banff! We will definitely stay here again!"

"Excellent location. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Parking is not reserved. The lot can sometimes be filled and you'd need to park a short walk away from your room. The bus stop is immediately outside the hotel, which was very convenient if you don't want to drive downtown. The pool was sightly heated but still quite chilly. The sauna was quite nice. Would stay here again. "
