"Excellent location and services, lots of dining options available around this hotel and the Keg in the Lobby area. the only negative, is the property is dated and in need of a refresh. The furniture and condition of the property is a bit worn out. However, I believe this is the case with most of Banff hotels as there is a vary high turnaround of traffic through this beautiful area. "All staff I encountered associated with this property were warm, knowledgeable and wanting to assist. The facility is great, lots of options but just be aware of the renos happening in and on the property. My room was lovely and felt like butter in that comfy bed! Quality toiletries and coffee station. Looking forward to next time!"

"The Banff Inn was basic but very clean, quiet and comfortable. The whirlpool and sauna were great too. It was a bit far from town to walk in the bitter cold at night but in milder temps, it was an easy 20ish min walk. Parking was usually easy to find nearby."
