To top it all off chocolates are dropped off at night reminiscent of a chocolate on your pillow in the old days of luxury cruising. "Great place to stay, I would have given five stars for all categories, however, the one complaint my wife and I had was the heat was on in the room in November. I do realize Europe cools down in November and the people that live there find the outside temperatures cool. For those of us that are more acclimatized to lower temperatures the excessive heat in the rooms was stifling. Even with the windows open the room was still too warm. Even after complaining twice, we were told the whole building...
