"The staff was incredibly helpful from when we first walked in the hotel, where we were offered a glass of wine and a cappuccino to when we left where they provided us a box breakfast for early morning airport trip. "Located in the most sought after neighborhood of Lisbon, practically walk to most points of interest, footsteps from Parque Metro, highly enjoyable stay in clean, well kept and secure multi room guesthouse. Shared bathrooms and WC were not a problem at all. We enjoyed the full kitchen with dishwashing and laundry machine for free. We also enjoyed having breakfast at the sunroom over looking the neighborhood. Perfect Pied-A-Terre for the sojourning Lisboa traveler. "

We couldn’t get the washer dryer to work we could not open the safe and some of the lights were out. Our kitchenette Had no paper towels or dish towel or pot holders. "We booked the family rooms on the 5th and 6th floors and wow it was lovely and spacious for 2 people. Bathroom was huge and great lighting. Worth the money. Only downsides is that it’s not really in the centre although there are a few hotels on this road but nothing a 5min Uber into the town couldn’t fix. There were also building works and a lot of drilling in the mornings. However family friendly definitely worth the money as the hotel has an adult and a kids pool. I would stay here again :-)"
