"We were expecting that the king suite we booked would have had a sheltered balcony with chairs like the pictures had showed. Our suite which faced the highway had a very small balcony with no chairs. The floors in our room were swept but not clean. My white socks were very dirty after walking on the floors. They should be washed after every guest! For your English speaking guests you need to include more English speaking channels other than the news channel CNN and a sports channel. "

"Nice hotel, bed was awful built on what looked like a wooden box frame and made a crashing sound each time you moved in it. Room was otherwise nice and very clean. Be aware construction is happening close by so be sure to ask for room facing away from it. I was facing it about the noise didn’t bother me. Rooftop pool was nice, good staff. Pools are ok, shallow. 2 jacuzzi’s. Gym is good."

"Casa Ritual is a hidden gem. Located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood and backing on to a golf course, it’s the perfect place to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We stayed a week here and will definitely be back. The food is amazing, drinks are excellent and the staff are very friendly. "

"Great location, close enough to Malecón to walk, but far enough away to be quiet. Nice restaurant across the street (el barracuda) especially for sunset. Small quiet beach across the street and hotel will lend you chairs, umbrella & cooler. Good breakfast, great staff!"

"Excellent stay, from the reception staff to the servers and housekeepers all show pride in their work, room was excellent and grounds were good. Only negative was that guests would reserve loungers with their towels and despite signs to the contrary nothing was done about it, even is guests didn’t show up for 4-6 hours"

"The property has all of the amenities, we found the buffet food to be very good, as well as the à la carte restaurants. It was a nice walk to go to the Malecon from here. The rooms could use some updating, but we found it comfortable and met our needs. "
