"Everything was great, except the heating wasn’t quite right, and the water wasn’t hot enough. But other than that, the staff was super friendly. The lady who made breakfast was really nice and welcoming. The room was super clean, and there was a nice gift and flowers waiting for us. We had breakfast included and came an hour before the end time, but the eggs, potatoes and bread were all finished, the dishes were finished for drinks and so we didn’t have much to eat.
