"Warm welcome and offers of help with the luggage Smooth quick and friendly check in and shown to our room. Nice touch! Room was spacious clean and had everything we needed. Bed was a little on the soft side for my liking (but that is just my preference). Staff are helpful and lots of patience, nothing was too much trouble You get what you pay for imo My only issue is that we couldn’t get into the dining room on either night we stayed as it was full. Disappointing given that we paid so much for the room and they couldn’t accommodate. "

"Lovely family stay at the hotel. Had to pay £30 to use the pool twice for the family. Didn’t have any food whilst there however the milk and water options in the room were a nice touch for tea/coffee etc. "
