"We really liked this place. The bed was very comfortable and it was quiet given the proximity to everything. It was tricky to find and even our taxi driver had difficulty as there is no signage. We only had about three minutes of hot water which was unfortunate but the air conditioning works well. The cafe downstairs is excellent with incredible coffee. "

"It's a nice apartment with a fridge. Service was prompt but it has to be with the Hotel.com app only. There should be one microwave in the common area. And it's hard to communicate as the doorman and host do not speak English. I had to use the translator a lot. Otherwise it's a nice place. "

"Everyone was very helpful, very courteous and kind. Desk staff spoke perfect English, answed questions and were helpful with everything asked. My stay was very quiet, everyone respects everyone else. First time I have stayed at a place like this, I'll do it again. I like it better than hotels. I could make my meal there or walk to great restaurants. "

"We stayed here for one night but would stay longer. Clean and just what we needed. It is a little hard to find it is above a very good restaurant. You need whatsup app on your phone because they will send you a QR code to check in with.. I did not realize this and they were very helpful on the phone. The location is in a nice part of town."

"Our second stay here. The staff is super friendly. Casy and Mari are very nice and helpful. They take pride in their work. Look forward to returning. Only wish the bed was a bit more comfortable but other than that all was very nice."

"Ive stayed here many times, the staff are super friendly, the rooms huge and its very convenient having microwave, fridge free water and the little seating terrace outside room 207. Easy to walk to walmart and the bus stops. Parts look a bit tired now sadly and the wifi doesnt work well in the rooms. The pool area is lovely,good value short stay"

"I really enjoyed staying here. There was a Mayan theme throughout the hotel. The spa was nice and affordable and the pool open all night was fun. They are under some construction (but some who might be upset over this might not be as focused on the fun parts of their vacation) which is noticeable but didn’t mess with my stay. The staff was so attentive and friendly, they went above and beyond to check in with us. There are close restaurants and cafes, and it’s close to the beach or to travel to Isla Mujeres. wished there were more towels (we got one ant an time) and the lighting was dim. I would definitely recommend this place to others. Be prepared for a lively night life too. "
