not bad. just average. but could be better. washroom doorknob was not properly installed, drawers are dusty inside and outside.. you can here tenants noise from other rooms. some utensils are rusty. AC/Heater machine is kinda loud. But staff were very helpful and polite.

I’ve booked a room for my bday and did not expect that our room had a mini kitchen. I was able to cook and prepare drinks in the kitchen without hassle. The room is so neat and the beds are comfortable to sleep.

I loved staying in this hotel. Staff are very friendly and accommodating specially Fuja! She was very professional and helpful with my needs. She have a lovely smile that makes me feel special. The night crew are doing an amazing job protecting guess from people coming in and out of hotel. They called my room to confirm about my boyfriend who I listed on the system.

Nice and clean room. Great staff. Facilities need to be updated, as I had a drainage problem with the toilet and bath. Very slow to drain which actually caused the toilet to overflow. Some channels on TV didn't have good service which was frustrating considering location. A bit noisy with people in room next to me being able to be heard, but not too bad. I let reception know about these things. Overall, not a bad stay.
