The bathroom was clean but the shower didn't work properly and the water wouldn't get hot and half the water poured out the bath faucet while trying to take a shower. The night staff were also not knowledgeable in how the hotel worked. So, when our flight got delayed for the next morning and we asked about late check-out, they couldn't help us at all and we had to go down first thing in the morning and...
