"Warm and welcoming reception on arrival. Gorgeous room with a nice comfy bed. Room was spotlessly clean. Lovely toiletries in bathroom and Nespresso machine for coffees etc. Breakfast was also excellent. We opted for the croissants which were yummy. "This is the perfect place to stay in Pollença old town. A small hotel, tucked away but close to the main square and restaurants. Extremely clean with comfortable beds and a lovely buffet breakfast. A secure area to store bikes if on a cycling break. Overall a great find! Thank you."

"This was a perfect property for my boyfriend and I. We were able to enjoy the beach (30 second walk) with everything in walking distance including Aldi for groceries and many restaurants and mini supermarkets and gift shops on the surrounding streets. The staff were very lovely and often put out the leftover pastries from breakfast to share! Would definitely stay again and couldn’t recommend more if you just want a small, convenient and affordable getaway! "

"The hotel was not as online or in photos. It is poorly neglected and filthy. I would never stay again. Especially with the price they are charging. The 1st room they gave me smelt like an ashtray even though it was non-smoking room and there were food crumbs on the floor. The 2nd room was moldy and there were water leaks and toilet wouldn't stop running. There is no security in the building just a simple key to lock your door, no deadbolt. "Honestly really shocked at these reviews! This hotel is totally worth the amount you are paying. Got locked out of the hotel and they were quick to answer a very late night phone call to help us out. While it does get pretty warm in the rooms, I have had troubles with this in every place I’ve stayed as it is so hot right now. "Ive stayed in several hotels in Port Pollenca over the years and this is the first i have returned to. Its just got everything you need if you're looking for a half board base for cycling/sports. Decent rooms, nice meals, good pool/gym/spa. I expect i'll be back again."

"The hotel is perfectly positioned. Literally a walk across the road to the beach. Breakfast was fantastic. We ate there twice in the evening; which again was truly great. Enjoyed the pasta & tapas menu. Loved the free access to coffee and tea all day. Environmentally friendly with option to fill up water bottles etc. Although the rooms are on the small side. They were immaculate. We probably would book a terrace room when we return. Staff were amazing. Couldn’t do enough to help be it bathrobes or helping us sort our return transfer. The pool is small and not much atmosphere, but with the beach and so many other beaches so close, it did not bother us. We loved our stay here and would return again in the future; thank you "
