I travel extensively and this hotel is one of the best in the world. So gorgeous and with great service too. I want to commend Ibrahim and Maria at the front desk, the concierge Mohamed Saad, and Safwat and the crew at breakfast. The gym is the best that I have ever seen in a hotel.

The only concern I had is that hotel charged me additional 90 USD for three nights upon check in stating that paid price via hotels.com application is applicable only for locals and residents only. I was not convinced as I booked many times throughout application and never faced this conflict before. My overall experience is good but I was fed up concerning extra charge.
