"From our experience, the best part was the staff. The staff at the Palms was super friendly and helpful! Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible, from the front desk to the dining. Even when our rental vehicle caught a flat, the front desk took care of everything. I didn't even have to lift a finger to call the rental car company. Room was clean. Property was immaculate. Complementary breakfast daily. And they had a couple of free water activities you could do. Overall for us it was an A "

"We will definitely return to this beautiful place. All staff were very hard working and extremely pleasant. Everything was spotless both inside the room and on the resort. Only suggestion is we could have used instructions on how to use the thermostat. Very complicated. Also, shower floods the bathroom. Still we would give five stars."
