"Should have been better. Classy conversion not maintaining standards. Soundproofing of rooms is poor so you heat outside road and all the going ons internal to the hotel. Breakfast quality mediocre, not worth paying for. Reception on arrival at 8pm was deserted and took a few minutes for someone to appear, generally indifferent welcome. Won’t be staying here again. "

"Lovely hotel we had a recently refurbished room which was great and refurbushment is still ongoing but didnt make any difference to us breakfast was good plenty of selection but cooked food could have been better "

"Clean rooms, a very short walk from the centre of Stratford, with close access to lots of restaurants. Enough parking and at a reasonable price too. Leisure facilities were in good condition too."

"Bath was damaged and tap was leaky. But comfy bed and smart room otherwise. Pool area does need updating though"

"Everything is good but WiFi connection was ZERO in my room and I have complained but they said they can’t do anything. Which is horrible and I couldn’t work from my room as I had to come and sit in the reception area to work"

"Hi, the room was lovely with a view of the track. The communal areas were cold and we needed to wear a coat in the bar. The staff friendly and welcoming except for one lady on the breakfast team who was rude and unhelpful. "
