"The property was quaint and filled with beautiful artwork, the fireplace in the main room was welcoming and comforting. They provided cookies, coffee, tea, and water which was a warm touch of hospitality. The room was spacious and bed comfortable and good shower pressure. I just wish the balcony was bigger with a different view. We had the parking lot view. Would still recommend to friends and family."

"Overall room was ok but baseboards needs some attention, and bathroom floor had long hair on it , this was our second time staying at the his location we decided to do a day trip and stay overnight but overall we enjoy the location, the breakfast selection was good they even accommodated us by preparing turkey breakfast sausage being that we dont eat pork. Would definitely visit again."

"Room above us spent the entire night banging around and stomping. We didn't sleep at all. But I didn't contact the staff about it so it wasn't addressed. Not the hotels issue. Other than that the check in staff was extremely friendly and kind. "

"The whole place felt frozen in time, clean, and definitely on a ‘50s kick. The bed was firm and comfortable, parking easy, grab and go breakfast options convenient (coffee, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt). The jazz playing in the main lounge areas was also cementing the vibe. Of note, the floors do creak and carry vibrations from neighbors, though expectations of this were set up front. "The property was secluded but only minutes from Ithaca and all we planned to do. Bed was very comfortable and the innkeeper was so nice and accommodating. Breakfast is amazing. Couldn't ask for a nicer stay. We will be back when in the area."

The renovation was completed with high quality materials and thoughtful touches like the solarium self-serve coffee bar. Room was very clean! there is a lot with free parking.
