"The hot breakfast plus all of the usual amenities was out of this world great! The service was well tended so nothing ran out. The happy hour food offerings were snack and fast food like but delicious. The happy hour alcholic drink coupons included a free drink plus two drink coupons that gave you 2 drinks for a dollar each! All of the staff were truly dedicated to each guest's satisfaction."

Had to pay to park in hotel lot, parked and car was broken into overnight. Was told 2 different things from employees. No help was given regarding the theft and no follow up from hotel. They just continued to note that it was not “on them”. Still have not received a phone call regarding issues "

"Room was amazing - clean, quiet, comfortable, updated - one of the best I've stayed in yet! Unfortunately, the breakfast brought down the rating - it was so disappointing and quite frankly, awful. The eggs were cold and rubbery, and someone added salt and pepper when cooking - that's a problem. There were no other protein options, besides a tiny slice of ham, and no fresh fruit besides old bananas and apples. "

"The 24hr Airport shuttle was easy to locate and the service was great. All of the staff was very friendly at the hotel, and the restaurant had a nice vibe and good food. My room was exceptionally nice and very clean."

"Hotel was very clean for it being under construction. But with that some of the rooms had been updated, which were amazing, but certain amenities were left put and we were not warned ahead of time. Now the hotel was amazing in getting us the mini fridge and microwave but a heads up would of been appreciated. Especially because if we did not call down and ask for them we probably would not have gotten them. A very minor inconvenince, but minor things like that are usually why we stay at Hiltons because they are always ontop of it so it was a let down to see that they werent this time. Will be going back once full renovations are complete for sure. Staff was amazing, polite, and helpful. (The free cookies are always a plus) The parking situation was rough but understandable being back to back games for the Pens. But bring your patient pants. The staff do amazing but they can only go so fast so let them do their jobs - They are taking care of you and your vehicle in the end."
