Efficient and nicely renovated new rooms. They are small as you’d expect in London

Small room as we stayed in a Cosy room on 2nd floor with street view. Good location near Sloane square. The lifts were a bit disfunctional (not coming very quickly, doors not closing very well/quickly) and suite small. Staff very nice. Breakfast Nice but staff slow though Nice. Overall good experience though on the expensive side.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is lovely, really nice building, nice room, friendly staff, and the breakfast selection great too. Very close to Victoria station/ tube. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location, beautiful property. Staff are fabulous from arrival to departure. Great bars and restaurants. An Armagnac lovers dream .

Had a great one night stay, perfect location and excellent value for such a central hotel in London. Reception and concierge staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. We received an upgrade from the most basic level room to a suite which was a lovely gesture. Very comfortable bed and lovely crisp bedding, gorgeous bathroom with Molton Brown products. The hotel is replacing one of its main elevators and it looked like the other had been recently replaced, this didnt affect our stay in any way, and we never waited for the one working lift. Would absolutely recommend!
