The atmosphere is free of ruckus, the scenery is pleasant and the staff has always been friendly and helpful! "

"Very convenient. Seemed very clean. Could walk easily to events I was in SF to attend. Short walk from BART station. Food options were great around hotel, and also within hotel. Only issues I had were that I unaware I had to use room card to access floor on elevator. Other issue is was that room had only bar of soap for bathroom and shower."

After dinner and light touring of the area and various stores, we could hardly wait to get back for a night of popcorn & movie time. So, comfortable and a welcome rest for us after our cruise.
