The young ladies working the morning shift were equally helpful when I needed help translating and making calls. "The traditional Japanese rooms were very comfortable, the breakfast was elaborate and very good. Great location, close to many shops and park. Only negatives were that the hotel did not have laundry facilities, and the room key had to be left at the desk when leaving the hotel - this meant that if there was a line when we returned,we had to wait to get the room key. This was a real pain. "
