The room was comfortable and there was easy access from the freeway. The fact that the hotel is actually two different hotels was a bit confusing. Overall a good stay.

I stay at the Quality Inn in Needles every year, and it never disappoints! The hotel is conveniently located near the Colorado River, making it perfect for anyone looking to enjoy some time by the water. Their pet-friendly rooms are a huge plus for my fur babies, making it easy for me to travel without any worries. The staff and privacy was actually my favorite part of the stay. I did not expect to be received so kindly by the Front office staff upon arrival, Then, when I wanted to extend my stay the nect morning, thet were happy & eger to help, they honored Expedia pricing without putting us through the "usual" possible runaround of having us check out at 11am then check in again after 3 pm. I am so happy not to spend many hours in the heat And their pool is lovely. There's not much around, but it's like a little retreat, very private.As well.

Friendly Staff, nice rooms.
All staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Literally our only complaint is that we requested the room be refreshed since we were there for two weeks and they said they would come and they never did. A couple of the plug ins did not work but there were still plenty of them that did work in the room

It’s doable but not the best
Property is decent for the area. Needs some updating for sure. Breakfast is also decent but they did run out of a lot of stuff by Sunday morning.
