"Good hotel. Front-desk was friendly and helpful. Breakfast have good selection. It will be better to have different menu daily. Staff Shima was very helpful with my aged parent needs and quick ensuring my dementia mum comfortable with the seat and help serving the drink.."

"We had stayed here previously and enjoyed it thoroughly then and again now. It's in a vibrant walkable area. Our room was a corner suite with an amazing view. We had no complaints and will return on our next visit to KL"

"Room was okay, as expected. Staff could be a bit more accommodating, some staff members spoke little Malay/English and came off as rude. Do not plan to rely on the hotel's wifi. The wifi did not work for most sites and was extremely slow in the case that it did. Area is really good, convenient to most places."
