We rented an accessible room for my son in a wheelchair. The room and the bathroom was very adequate for him to get around in. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was friendly and helpful. My only concern is that, while the room was wonderfully accessible, it was on the 4th floor. In an emergency, not using the elevator would have been difficult if not impossible,

I have stayed at this hotel last year and this time around they had security guards, which is something to wonder why they need security. I stay in Hampton Inns often. Last year we were able to have dinner in the community area and watch tv versus eating in our room. However on Saturday the community area in the lobby was dark and closed off to the guests for use. This caused us to eat in the room which I didn’t like. It was an inconvenience since we have stayed in Hampton the lobbies have remained open 24 hours for guest use.

Although the staff were friendly and helpful, we found that they (2-3 people) stood around the front desk all the time and just stared at you no matter what you were doing. There was one man there that we were not even sure if he worked there or was just a friend. But he made us feel very uneasy. We even found him outside the front door eating pizza. Always there and always watching us. Very unnerving.

Exceptionally quiet and very clean. Apparently this site is popular for travel youth sports teams / college teams and the breakfast area is bustling - it is kept well stocked and it is a pretty good little buffet. The only suggestion I have is to put a sign on Maple showing where to turn - it is difficult to see at night and I drove past the turn twice in 2 days.
