Wonderful location, thoughtful provision of amenities - thank you. The hosts were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The area is safe, convenient for walking to the main city and there’s a great restaurant just downstairs. I loved the facial recognition access - great not to need a key. Highly recommended

I stayed at Modern Apartments Buenos Aires (Oct 2024) in Puerto Madero and had a wonderful experience. I booked a one-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bath unit, and it was super cozy and beautifully decorated. The apartment was spotlessly clean, with housekeeping offered twice during my 5-day stay. The WiFi was fast, and the split ACs were fantastic—much appreciated given the hot weather. The only downside was some noise on rainy days, likely due to being on the 8th floor. Overall, it’s a great option for a comfortable stay in Puerto Madero. Would definitely recommend!

Our stay was amazing!!! The place is beautiful, has everything we needed. It is close to everything. Nice and stunning restaurants, shopping, convenience stores, deli, places of interest around, you just have to walk. Location is a plus. Fantastic! No other word describes it better. Nacho and Nazaret were terrific hosts. The apartment in exceptionally located, very well-equipped, clean and modern. Breakfast is more than decent. I didn't use the pool, but it's quite big. The gym is alright. I'll be back!
