Staff went way beyond expectations in providing service. Everyone was very helpful to mobility challenged travelers and even helped us look out in the street for a lost item. Concierge made excellent recommendations. 5 stars is not enough to describe our experience. Will definitely come here again the next time we are in the beautiful city of Buenos Aires.

The whole experience was top notch … from the check in to the check out ! The staff was friendly and made us feel very welcomed.
