"amazing value for money. I couldn't recommend it more. it's an architectural marvel which perfectly blends into the surrounding. It's nearby one of the best beaches ok the island. It also offers amazing sunsets and stunning ocean views with nearby island gomera in the background. The quality of service is outstanding. we always felt wholeheartedly welcome and all staff was attentive to our needs. it exceeded all my expectations and I'm surely coming again hopefully soon 👌"

"This was a 4 night stay 3 adult females celebrating a 60th birthday. Overalll the stay was excellent only a few minor details did not equal the 5 star status. The staff were excellent. The food was good but in the restaurant no dishes were cleared as tables were vacated which was a little disappointing to be taken to a table surrounded by tables of dirty dishes and glasses for the whole of the meal. "Massive complex over several floors all accessible with four lifts. Washing machines available for longer stays. Our room was spacious, clean. Kitchen well equipped with full fridge/freezer, oven , microwave and washing machine. Included was a welcome pack of t-towel, cloths,water and liquid tabs for machine. "The apartment was very well equipped. There was only 1 air con unit in the apartment which was in the bedroom-that was the only down side I can think of. Beds were comfortable and the balcony was huge. The area was very quiet at night. We always got a good spot by the pool late morning/early afternoon. The staff were all great and very helpful. Pool was a good temperature and inflatables were allowed at certain times. I would stay here again. "

"Upon arrival we were quite concerned about the outside roadworks however our concerns were unfounded due to the welcome we received by the Reception Team and the beautiful apartment that greeted us. Spacious, clean, comfortable beds and with a most amazing balcony and views. I’m sure next time we visit, the outside updating of roadworks will be complete and it will be better still. Great holiday and great value and great apartments/views. "

"I really liked this resort. We treated ourself to this 5 star hotel for our anniversary. They have an incredible pool, the biggest salty water pool in Europe and the Spa massage made me fly. The location itself is stunning and it's 30 seconds walk from the ocean. The staff has always been helpful and kind whenever we asked for something. Dream place and you feel like a king/queen. What could have improved: Big hiccup when we checked in. The reception OFFERED us a vip plan (red level) as a special thing for our anniversary, but the dream crushed when they presented me the price that was double what I already paid in my reservation. When I asked what was included with it, again lack of clarity in the explanation. I was in the end convinced to upgrade because it was deemed as sooo much better, but then when I realised that it was just a better room, jacuzzi, some kids free areas and more exclusive restaurants (that you have to pay separately) we knew it was not for us and we asked to downgrade (all this took 2h where we did not have a room yet). In that moment I wanted to give 1 star for that service. I give 4 stars overall as all the other staff members did their best to help us and make our stay a positive experience so 5 stars to them. Special mentions to Dieny and Mathias, super friendly and professional, who went over and beyond. Another inconvenience was that our room had a panel coming off above the bed that was full of dust behind. We changed room in the end."

Fabulous Luxury Hotel

"My husband and I recently stayed at the Botánico Hotel & The Oriental Spa Garden and had the most amazing experience. We stayed for 5 nights and the staff were absolutely amazing the entire time. When we arrived, the front desk staff were very helpful and Antonio (I believe was his name) showed us to our room. Once in the room, he explained several things about the room which was a great way to familiarize ourselves with the space we would call home for the next few days. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and professional our entire stay. We were able to call and easily get an iron, taxi etc. The attention to detail in the room was superb. We especially enjoyed the pillow menu options and turn down service. The breakfast was outstanding and a lovely way to start the day. We utilized the spa area with a couples massage and played tennis. I love fresh flowers and the fresh rose in the bathroom was a wonderful touch. We dined at The Oriental and II Pappagallo which were both delicious. The live music each night was a fun treat for a wind down at the end of the evening. Hotel Botanico is a true Luxury Hotel and I thank the entire staff for making our trip to Tenerife so wonderful."
