"The staff went above and beyond for me. The was a head of state staying at a nearby hotel and my taxi could not come to the hotel.The driver texted his location but I was unfamiliar with the location. I showed the text to the staff and one of them( sorry that I do not have his name) walked me to meet my taxi. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Budapest."

"Location was great, very close to St Stephens and a beautiful Christmas Market was right outside. Was frustrated when, after the Hotels.com stated in their description I could pay in cash with Euros, I had to pay in local currency so had to make a card payment. I would've paid in full at time of booking if this was the case. Then, at departure they were unable to supply an invoice. The showerhead was dirty, advised the desk so hope it was put right.
